I brought my watch to Vincent Watch at Jurong Point on 3 July to get my watch fixed. The back cover for the battery came off. One middle-aged lady came to chase me away and said that I am disrupting her business.
She insinuated that I'm disrupting her staffs in serving their customers and that I will not be able to pay for any lost watches. I think it is due to me working part time at a watch pushcart Am I not a customer too? Is this how Vincent Watch claim online at www.orchardcentral.com. Sg that they emphasizes on customer satisfaction and good service?
I'm very disappointed in their services.
