Upon speaking with a customer service representative at my home on April 5th I was led to believe that I was applying for a standard line of credit. I questioned the representative about the details of the account and was specifically that it was NOT a "pay before you charge" credit card.
I asked for a refund and sent in a letter asking for the recorded conversation of the sales rep. That had lied to me. I never recieved the tape. I was also told that I would be recieving a refund within 7 business days and 8 months later I have yet to recieve anything but more phone calls still trying sale me there card. I was ripped off for $174.90.
