On April 13 Customer Service called in regards to an Advantage Capital credit card. On May 3 they debited the amount of $159.90 from my checking account and said that I would receive my credit card in 7-10 days with a credit limit of $2500.00.
Weeks later the card never arrived. I've called Advantage Capital on several occasions and can never get a straight answer regarding the card or how to get a refund. As of the date of this letter September 4 I still have not received my money or the credit card. All I want at this point is my money back and for this company to have to pay for false representation of their company.
