One name stands out - Laura Ghazi - dba cutepuppiesareus.com. I read the entries and it appears that Laura Ghazi has lost her AKC registry for 10 years and fined $2,000 for refusing the AKC inspectors access to her dogs or her papers.

Another woman just had all her dogs confiscated for abuse and has just been caught stealing a trailer to cover some bad checks. Westmoreland Tennessee has a serious PR problem as do the puppy mills that seem to thrive (for now) in the area.

Police say more puppy mills are under surveillance in Westmoreland, TN and they expect more busts soon. The conditions that some of these dogs live in is appalling. Too bad their owners aren't sentenced to the same living conditions.
