Realty Executives - Gary Kaster Gary Kaster if Green Bay WI biggest fraud in Wisconsin Real Estate

In July my wife (* *) and I (* *) contacted (Broker) Gary Kaster from Realty Executives in Green Bay, WI about a listing he had at * * in Denmark, WI.

Violation 1: After going over some of the details of the home my wife asked Gary to write an offer on the house for $xxx, xxx. Gary Kaster stated the Seller wouldnt take the offer and denied to write the offer to the Seller.

The following day we went to an Open House. A few days later my wife called Gary Kaster of Realty Executives from Green Bay, WI again asking him to write an offer to the Seller for $xxx, xxx and finally Gary Allowed Us to write an offer for the house on since the price was acceptable to him.

Violation 2: Once the offer was written, I asked Gary for copies of the offer to purchase, Broker Disclosure and the Real Estate Condition Report. He stated he couldnt provide us copies until it had been accepted by the Seller.
The following day my wife spoke to Gary Kaster from Realty Executives in Green Bay, WI and negotiated over a few things and we eventually settled on the selling price ($xxx, xxx). Gary then faxed over the counter-offer to and was signed and fax back.

Violation 3: At no time did we receive copies of the WB-11 Offer-To-Purchase, Real Estate Condition Report (New Construction) since there were obvisally defects he knew about within the house, or a Copy of the Broker disclosure. To this day Gary Kaster has denied us any of the written forms that were signed as a result of purchase our home.

As a result of Gary Kaster actions in which he neglected to disclose ANY Cosmetic problems within the home or other material adversely affected structural items pertaining to the home. We have since had several problems with the Seller in resolving these problems.

Within the Violations of Gary Kasters actions shows incompetence, False, Deceptive and misleading behavior.in addition to that, I would have great concerns with Gary Kaster record keeping and believe he is a threat to all consumers and should no longer be able to practice Real Estate.
