Gary Hoopes did the same thing to me Silvia. He came highly recommended by a associate of mine. I trusted the recommendation and I got burned by Gary and his company. He doesn't know anything about credit or business credit and once I realized that, I asked for my money back. He argued but realized I was right and agreed to return my money. He did it in WRITTING and Gary has not return my money. He is a scam artist. I can provide proof of all my allegation. I also want to purpose that anyone and everyone that has been ripped off by Gary and his companies to organize a class action lawsuit against him. We can't allow individuals like Gary get away with what he's done.
