This Company needs to be stopped soon. These pieces of sxxx are stepping all over the laws that govern them. The State of Florida needs to step in and close their doors. I would hope the Attorney General's office looks into their illegal activity. They pulled my credit report on adebt that was not even mine. They are unauthorized to collect the debts they lay claim to because they never validated the debt in the first place.
Nothing they say or do from court documents to affidavits to credit bureau reporting should be taken as truthful. EVERYTHING they state should be challenged and proven. This is the vulture, debt collector, bottom feeder, junk debt buyer that should be forced to prove it all. The portfolio they are using dates back to the 90s, which means a LOT of debts are too old to be sued. Be careful NOT to fall for this scam, it is an illegal method to take monies they may not be entitled
They are the scumbags of the industry and Bill Williams, or who ever he is, is the bigest jerkoff of all.
