Loud Security claims to provide "today's technology... Old fashioned service." If old fashioned service means you provide absolutely no service whatsoever, especially when the equipment and monitoring you pay for fails, then yes, they provide old fashioned service.
I recommend steering clear of any Georgia companies doing business with Loud Security. Their equipment fails, they do not cover losses, and the out clause in their contracts is unreasonable - and all is set to put money in their pockets.
My office was broken into - literally the door was broken off the hinge - and the door alarm Loud installed, along with motion detectors, etc., all failed. No alarm went off. Computers were stolen, the door had to be replaced - all to the tune of $4,000, and zero compensation from Loud - after sitting with me in a meeting afterwards saying "if you read the contract, we're only liable for $250, " which they never paid.
Do not hand the business of securing your business to this company - who cannot provide quality service.
