The account they are trying to collect is not owed by myself. I was sent to the hospital via ambulane from a va outpatient clinic. The nurse at the va gave the driver authorization to to transport me and file the report to the va fee basis claim office. They failed to submit their records on time and the va refused to pay. Subsequently the hospital sent me a letter forgiving my payment.
