I have contacted the company to let them know that I have filed complaint reports to my attorney generals office, the BBB of Utah, the Illinois Dept. Of Financial & Professional Regulation, the Department of Professional License of Utah as well as the original Apex Alarm company from 1966 that has no affiliation with APXAlarm. Apex Alarm is collecting complaint reports because they also want a stop to this company. APXAlarm was not concerned at all when I alerted them of the different complaints that I had filed, that does not seem like a company that cares.
