Poor Service India

Download speeds drop like a rock as the day goes on.By 9:00 PM it is slower than dialup.
Tech help is worthless unless you are in India. Tech help tries to blame it Norton Antivirus. I guess Norton does not work from midnight till 8:00 AM, as that is the only time the speeds faster dialup
