I returned a flawed emerald ring on Jan 19 and an overpriced (it was appraised) gem stone on Feb 9 (both were sent with delivery confirmation and both were verified as having arrived). RMA numbers were placed both inside and outside the package and a copy of the receipt provided. It is now April 10 and the $2200 in merchandise has still not been credited to my credit card. If you call their service department (which is not an "800" number), expect to wait at a minimum of 15 minutes for an operator. I have also sent email (when requesting a return RMA #) and never received a response. Noticed today that there website is unavailable.
