I orderd a product and was informed via email that they did not have it but would send me soemthing else. I emailed back cancel my order. The company emaikled and confirmed my canealltion. I tried to call at least 20 times to confirm. Finally soemone answered the phne and transfered me to Jill Henderson. I left her am message to confirm cancellation. Surprise "No call back". Now here comes the confiramtion my order was shipped, and credit card billed. I disputed the charge with AMEX. Handsnpaws sent AMEX only their emails and not mine so my disopute was denied.
I have since rebutted to AMEX and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Everyone needs to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this company.
