I purchased from Bluegreen in November. I will write to you the simple truth. Bluegreen lies to sell their product. We were told verbally that Bluegreen would buy our points back if we ever became dissatisfied. LIE!!! They will not buy it back.
We have tried giving the points back and they won't even take them! What does that tell you?
It is nearly impossible to book a room during red season at a resort. When we do get a room during the OFF season... And I mean off season, we are harassed by employees for an owner update. We also strongly encourage potential buyers to NOT purchase and we explain to them about our experiences. Bluegreen says they can't help us with our resale so we do our part to help them not sale to others.
All we want is to be rid of our TIMESHARE!!! Until Bluegreen can help us, we will continue to share our opinion to everyone we come across, on the resort or off.
Customer Service is a joke. All they ever do is transfer to SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP. We never get to speak with that person. We are very dissatisfied and ANTI-BLUEGREEN.
If someone chooses to respond to this saying "We want to help you make the most of your Bluegreen Vacation", don't waste your time. Contact me when you are ready to make our problem go away. Until then, we will continue to share our dissatisfaction with your company to everyone we come in contact with.
