You get one shot are your wedding day. It is suppose to be one of the most unforgettable days of your life. As I read the previous report on The Wedding Plaza - Ariana Studios I can not help to think about how they turned my wedding day into a mess.
I will start with my very first complaint. We had established at their office that the day of the wedding we would get a black limo. When The Wedding Plaza called to confirm my limo they told me their records showed a white limo.
I explained the agreement was a black one not a white one. So they said they would see what they can do. They got the black limo from another company which I found out after the wedding. On my wedding day I was at my Mom's house pictures done and ready to go and no limo to pick me up. I had to wait an hour just when I was on the phone with The Wedding Plaza he showed up.
I was so late to the church my husband to be and all my guest were waiting. When we finally got to the church I asked him to make sure he put out the runner because that was part of the deal. Well he said he had no runner to lay out. I was so upset. My ceremony was more than an hour late and by the time it was over we had all missed the cocktail hour at my reception. So I paid for a cocktail hour and was never there.
My second complaint the DJ let me make this short and simple. Was an hour late in setting up. Never played music for the guest that were waiting for us at the reception hall. His language was inappropriate at times, never played music that we requested and we also asked if he can lower the volume at times and he never did.
Next my wedding pictures. The colors are so bad in some people look orange.
They claimed to try to fix them but they look horrible. They were suppose to take pictures of the parents tables. Well no pictures of my Dad an Step Mother. I was upset and dissapointed with the outcome of the pictures.
The video was horrible. The audio was poor and the final copy had to be returned because it could not be watched since the picture kept on breaking up. After it was returned to us for the second time the picture still gets stuck.
We have simply given up an just decided to keep it that way.
I spoke with Jeff Arturo many times. His answer to all this was to gives us some extra 8x10 pictures and took off $200 because we had to pay the limo driver extra money for over time even if it was his fault that he was late.
I was told by their own photographer that she was sorry we were unable to enjoy our day. I have cried over this many times we were suppose to have a great wedding day and The Wedding Plaza did not make this happen. When we look back at that day all we see is all that we lost including great memories and money that was paid for a horrible service and the all we paid the reception hall for a cocktail hour that was never enjoyed.
The extra pictures can never bring back our day. I agree with the previous complaint The Wedding Plaza can not even provide basic service.
