I purchased a french bulldog from NYBulldogs in october and they sold and advertised her as AKC registered and champion sired but still are trying to get the correct papers. They do not reply to e-mails or phone calls and they use different names if you do get ahold of them. The true owner of this so called business is Victor Roytman and his name was never given to us until we filed complaints with New York dog licencing, New York attorney General consumer Fraud agency, and our credit card company. They tend to use different names if you talk to them but the true owner is Victor and he is the person responable for these issuse. They finally gave the dog licencing the names of what they said was parents of my dog and they sent this to me to sign so I could get my papers but as I was reading them they gave different name for parents than what they advertised her as and she was not a AKC registered dog nor was she champion sired. The registery that they said she was I have never heard of CPD registery. They are commiting fraud and I will keep going after them until I get my money back on this if I have to go to New York and file suit on them. They have done this to other people as I know of other conplaints for the same thing. They are giving good breeders a bad name and should not be able to be in bussiness.
