As I see from some on-line searches Brian Serpone (if that is his real name) is racking up some enemies. I dealt with them a year and a half ago and only rectified the situation through my CC company. Never heard from thebookcellar and their email system does not work (the site works fine when you are plugging in your CC and buying a book though!). This is an awful, fradulent person and should not ever be used, even if their website looks like they have products I can't imagine they do. You do not want to give them your CC number under any circumstance. I filed a BB complaint (which takes a long time) but it seems the world of online scamming is above the justice system. I've ordered so many books from wonderful dealers and websites so this SOB is a rarity. Once a book got lost in the mail from another dealer and they refunded me. But this guy is a quack and should be thrown in jail.
