I purchased a Children's Living Bible from thebookcellar.com, and on January 8th, I received an email from "Your friends at TBC", stating that the order was successfully processed.
To date, OVER TWO MONTHS LATER, I STILL have not received the Bible, a refund, nor a response from TBC!
I have written them NUMEROUS emails about this, but received no response whatsoever.
Most of the emails were sent to Customer Service ([email protected]), but I sent the last ones to EVERY email listed under "Contact Us" on their web site: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected], but still I received no reply.
I haven't been able to find a phone number, so I couldn't call to see if I could get some answers that way.
I am SO frustrated with this situation. This is a Rip Off, and I don't know what I can do to get the Bible — or a refund.
