Late delivery and not what was ordered

On Thursday, March 20, I rodered the "favorite Daisy" arrangement for shipping March 21 to my mom. This agreement as described within the advertisement and about the Teleflorawebsite reaches least 10 noticeable daisies, 8 noticeable orange flowers and sprays of small orange blossoms as product, all-in a ceramic container by having an printed and colored daisy design.

By 5:00 pm they'd not been shipped. I approached Teleflora's customer support by both phone and email. The spoken reaction was, "Well, the neighborhood florist obtained the purchase." Nothing else was future. The agreement didn't seem that evening.By 0:00 am I had been again calling Teleflora by telephone and email.By telephone, this CSR provided A - 30% reimbursement because of the "overdue" shipping, which my mom hadn't yet obtained. Lastly at 3:00 pm my mother got her plants. While somebody, particularly your mom, claims, "just how much did you purchase this?" this means anything is incorrect. I expected her to explain the blossoms.

She received: 6 flowers, a number of daisies plus some fern in a glass "ivy jar" design container (just like a little fish bowl having a fluted edge). The container had palm-colored blossoms along with a 1/4 inch bow onto it.

Obviously, I instantly obtained the email declaring the shipping have been finished. And so I created another round of calls and emails to start the criticism concerning the item obtained. Verbally, I had been guaranteed that my mom might obtain at lteast the correct container, however the discount could be only 20%. By email, the CSR mentioned the reimbursement could be 50%.

Today, I discovered my 50% reimbursement was simply because they couldn't provide my mom using the correct container.

Stupid me - i thought the 50% reimbursement was for your late delivery as well as the missing blossoms.

I've the title, tackle and telephone number of the neighborhood florist, but I respected Teleflora to provide the things they promoted. Is that this "baitandswitch"?
