I purchased two phones with service about 4 months ago. One phone had okay reception the other terrible. Couldn't use it. Both phones were in the same zip code.
They told me I would get a rebate on each phone within 6 weeks of purchase. Todate, one rebate has been completely denied and the other I guess is in lala land because I haven't received it.
It's really dishonest business to out right LIE to get customers and then they're stuck with a contract. Well not me - Voice Stream can eat their bill before I pay them until they live up to their promise.
