I have been a voice stream customer for almost 1 year. When i initially purchased the service i was told by the rep that coverage in princeton nj was excellent - what a joke! I would say that at least 30% - 40% of my calls are cut off due to poor/weak signals not only in my home area but all over the country when i travel.
Each month i have called voice stream asking for a credit and the credit they offer does not equal my cutoff and re-dial charges. They double talk and make every excuse in the world why their credits never exceed $30.00 even though my monthly bills exceed $500.00 there is never a supervisor available to take a call and i am always told that one will call me back which has never happened. The reps are occasionally rude and usually pretty incompetent.
I finally became fed up and called them to close my account. I was informed that if i closed my account prior to my 1 year anniversary i would be charged $200 per phone per account and quite frankly i was never informed about this.
I just got an invoice for $1348.60 which includes termination fees plus charges that i should not have to pay since voice stream did not provide me service as agreed. What a poor excuse for a company.
