I spent about 1 1/2 hours with him yesterday at the offices of the Inquirer telling him my story. He is interested in writing a piece on this and will let me know what his ultimate decision is. At the same time I have contacted the Attorney General's office in Phila. To pursue a possible complaint with them also.
