Dear Mr. Timmins, I wanted to update you on what is happening regarding my request for a refund. As I've told you, I have spoken several times with Monica - who is a reporter with the Phila.inquirer. After detailing my story to her, she felt it would be best handled by another colleague of hers who deals with issues of consumer fraud. The reporters name is Jeff-

I spent about 1 1/2 hours with him yesterday at the offices of the Inquirer telling him my story. He is interested in writing a piece on this and will let me know what his ultimate decision is. At the same time I have contacted the Attorney General's office in Phila. To pursue a possible complaint with them also.
