Entertainment Rewards
Not a scam

I recently cancelled my entertainment rewards only because im on a tight budget. Granted its only $9 a month. Anywho. After making my ticketmaster purchase i intentionaly clicked on the promotional link.

I read the part where it send i authorize ticketmaster TO PASS on my info (such as billing info) to entertainment rewards. I just dont understand how so many people can think its fraud. IF ALL THOSE WHO CLAIM IT AS FRAUD WOULD JUST READ!

When phoned in to cancel my membership, the rep was world class. She cancelled immediately. Before i phoned in i read this rip off site. I asked her if it was fustrating when a customer says he/she as been billed for something they did not authorize.

Her pause said it all. She went on to say how funny it is when, usually a woman calls in and says she gave her 11,12 year old son her card to order some tickets, but didnt authorize him to purchase entertainment rewards.

The parent is at fault. Its like a cell phone contract, you didnt read that did you? I didnt. And ive been with my cell phone company for over 5 years. Thanks tmobile. The way i see, you signed & authorized the charge, just read damnit!!!
