For the past year I feel like I am being over charged compared from my last bills. I have only been living here for a year and 3 months and my bills from last winter were $200. Cheaper than this year. I have called customer service countless times and they say that i am running something to much and that the meter is fine when i hardly run anything at all (everything has been ran the same for the past year) and pretty much refuse to check the meter or do not return my phone calls.
I've had this place inspected twice by a former riviera employee and said everything is running in tiptop shape as far as the inside goes and the meter should be checked. If name and number is needed for former employee I will gladly give them to you.
