DHL Does Not Know How To Handle A Damage Claim or They Just Simply WON'T 10097 Cleary Blvd. #403

I sold a beautiful leather table online and when it arrived at it's destination it was beat up very badly. The buyer contacted DHL and was told there was not any insurance coverage and that I, the seller, would need to contact them.

I very well had coverage on the table, it is stated plainly on the waybill (which by the way, Paypal doesn't know how to read... But that's another story...). I contacted DHL immediately with all the necessary and required paperwork, even above and beyond what I needed to send but I needed to make very sure that there were no holes in my case.

I contacted DHL various times via email to make sure I had a paper trail and they kept shuffling me to different departments and each one had no idea of the claim.

Now they tell me that I don't need to do anything, that they will send me and SCT number but even though I continually email them, they won't respond or if they do, they have no idea what I'm talking about.

This is hurting me financially and in my business but noone seems to know anything.
