OAN impersonated ATT to trick me into switching to their service. They have their deception down to a science. They didn't mention OAN once, just ATT. And the verification didn't mention any company names.
Always ask during verification for them to state the name of the company they are representing when changing companies.
These are professional thieves. Beware!!!
