On March 04 I responded to a trial offer of green tea from Central Coast Nutraceuticals. I clicked that I was interested then a new page popped up informing me of the cost of sending the sample. So I paid approximately $2.98 shipping and handling. That was all I was suppose to pay it was a sample and that was for shipping only.
On march 13th $38.95 was taken out of my account, I called to cancel any further shipments and asked why they took it, all I got was a machine. Thought I was finished. Wrong.
On March 13th my debit card report indicated I was billed for $38.95 on March 13th
I am so mad and do not know what to do, we have tryed calling and emailing this company, what else can I do

You took $38.95 out of my bank account that I never authorized, and now my bills are going to bounce. You will refund my money now or be forced to pay my bank fees and bounced check fees on top of my refund.
