This is my second complaint on this website about AcaiPure/Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. About four weeks ago, I ordered AcaiPure as a trial that was to cost me only $4.95. A few days later I contacted my bank after my account was charged $44.85 sales receipt dated 10/28. I received the product in addition to some Hoodia Water and gum. I emailed the company and requested that they not send additional shipments to me and to credit my account the difference in what I was originally supposed to pay. My account never credited! On November 17; I noticed another charge to my account for 39.95 from this company for products that I never authorized, I contacted my bank by email disputing the charge of 39.95. I am waiting for my bank to respond to my request.
