They have already taken 29.95 after the 14 day trial, Now this week they want to take 34.90 and I do not understand why, I am disable and i can not afford for them to just take money out for no reason at all. I want my money back

I am writing to you because, I understood when they took the 29.95 after the 14 day trial, but I do not understand why they would come back the following week and take out 34.90 more. I am disable and I can not afford for that kind of money to be taken out of my bank account. Please help
