I recieved this product on 1-14-08, and sent it back on 1-18-08. Isent it back before my free trial was over. The package should of reached it's destination on 1-21-08. I have called them a few times after i recieved my credit card statement, and they still took 37.00 plus 6.95 s/h. They say that they still have not recieved my package. I am really angry because i know that they must have already recieved the tea and they won't credit my account. I t is now 2-25-08 and they say they still have not recieved it. What can I do now? THIS IS A REAL RIP OFF ARTIST!
THese people act like they do not understand you when you say you want a refund, but when you want to place an order they speak the best english that you can understand.
