Magazine Scam

I was ripped of by Universal Subscription Agency (USA). A kid came to my door back in Oct. 07 saying he was trying to win a trip to Cancun and I ended up buying 2 magazine subscriptions equalling $90. I know, ridiculous! I was totally suckered I thought it would only be about $30 or so and when he told me the total I was reluctant to argue. He did say they were for 36 mo each so I wrote him a check and we are now in March and I am yet to recieve the magazines. I

Have called the cust. Srv. # 702-597-0867 several times to see what is going on but they never answer and they do not return voice mails. I tried looking them up on the internet and came across all of these blogs about scams. WOW, I feel really foolish now. If anyone has had any luck getting their $ back, please let me know.
