Deceptive eBay activities, sells "RARE" and "UNIQUE" autograph Copies!

Please be carefull about this seller on the internet; read his item descriptions carefully before buying.
At eBay he's called "Photograph-pros" and sells copied photos with copied autographs! His titles are deceptive - words like "RARE" and "UNIQE" occurs - and does not mention, that this is about worthless copies.
In here I just read a report concerning this dealer, please see it as it's unfortunately still very actuel (Report: #174104). Beside his behavior at eBay, I wonder about the legimity in selling all those copies.
