This seller uses buzz words and phrases in his ads to attract your attention. Words such as "rare" and "attractive to frame" and "one of a kind".
However, what I purchased from him was nothing of the kind. The picture on Ebay of his item was cropped to exclude the words "August 1999 Road & Track". It was a three page article from this publication. He advertised it as "rare" and "Japanese".
With all the copies of this publication that were printed, I would not classify it as being "rare".
When I contacted him about the false picture that was posted on the sale page on Ebay and how deceptive he had been, his response was and I qoute, "I sent you what you bought".
His shipping fees are exhorbitant. He charged $3.75 for this item and sent it via USPS first class mail for $. 60. When I bid on this item I did know what the shipping fee was. However, based on what I thought I was buying, I did not mind paying this high cost.
