I purchased the rebate program and can not contact any one called my credit card company and they gave me a number and a voice machine picks up but no answer or return calls

I purchased the processing Rebate program with my credit card. Thinking and reading the information i was to get started right away on the internet have not been able to reach anyone or leave a message. Have tried e-mailing no luck. Contacted my credit card company to report a fraud on this they gave me a phone number to call. This did not help called several times no cantact. The Number i received 866-885-8126. I believe i have been ripped off so beware
