I have learned that i am a victum of angela penbrook's processing rebate scam. I paid $197.00 for the downloadable book that was to "show me how to do the processing of rebates from my home". Wrong!!!
I filled out the information on my bank credit card, but thought it would't go through because i didn't fill out all the coaching questions (personal information they didn't need to process rebates with - i felt). I clicked out of the website and thought it didn't take, was I wrong. A week and half later i noticed the $197.00 was taken out of my account. Today, when i discovered it was taken out of my account yesterday - i have been trying to reach someone at the phone number that my bank gave me from the infomation that came in with the transaction. The number 800-785-8042, all i get is a automated machine when i first call and then put on "hold for the next available representive", this has been for 5 minutes at a time. I have called 4 times so far. Still nothing. If there is anyway that anyone knows of how i can reach them please let me know. They need to return my money - i can't even get the downloadable info and i don't want it now.
