We are being charged a monthly "fee" of $14.95usd for services we did not order and do not want.
We have not been able to get through to the phone number on our statement as they "are experiencing an unusual number of calls. Please call back at another time".
We have tried other choices on the phone # and if we press the #1 (to cancel) a VERY loud fax type sound is blasted in your ear!!
