On 12/18 I order a digital camera, saleman tried to double the price of the order by attaching additional items to the camera that would guarantee delivery by the holidays. I could only afford the original order. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks if I only order the camera.
Since 12/18, I have contacted the retailer by e-mail and customer service number several times it is always the same story it takes 4 weeks because is in back order, or cancel the order. My last contact with the company was on 02/05/08.
