Please be aware of the dishonest and crummy support they give... Sleepy's headqauters sent someone out to inspect my bed they where prompt comming there first time after 2 weeks i got a call back and the report on my bed said that mattress did not have enough sag yet. Meanwhile i have to sleep on the floor... They said they thought the problem was in my box spring and if i paid the shipping they will send it right out wich they did. I was told after giving it a few days sleeping on it and if i was not satisfied to call back sleepy's at a certain extension # and they will make arrangements to come look at bed again...
Wel thats a Joke nobody will answer my call's or messages i left on there voicemail. I went to store and supervisor said he would be intouch and he hasn't been. Well as of now i guess i will have to put the box spring in Dispute on my credit card because of there lack of actions my service and warranty hasn't been corrected
