1 - Month Delivery, Excuses, & Confusion

I ordered a whiteboard from US MARKERBOARD for my company in late January. I still have not received the product as of this date. The website states 2 weeks after purchase for delivery. Talk about flushing money down the drain.

Several attempts were made to find out when we might receive the product. Every week we are told that it is coming the following week (for 3 weeks in a row). Each time there is a new excuse:

1) Shipped to the wrong location
2) Our company was confused with another company
3) Damaged while being transported.

A customer service representative called to apologize from a separate outsourced public relations company. She gave me her number to call her back. I called the number and was put on hold for 15 minutes (twice) and then my call was dropped while waiting.

My phone calls are now being dodged.in the meantime I ordered a bulletin board from another reliable company and received it 9 days after ordering it.

Avoid us markerboard and brite inc

They are a nest of thieves and SNAKES.
