Correspondence Department they said i signed up for there service, but i did not they billed me $12.95 for nine month's before i cought it. When i contacted them they called me a lier and refused to refund my money

I was charged for nine month's for a service I did not sign up for. When i cought it and contacted them they called me a lier and refused to refune my money. So i turned them into the phone company and they said they would investagate them and mind out what is going on.
