Pricecrab refused to correct my order then refused to refund me when asked

On October 15th I ordered a Playstation 3 60GB model from PriceCrab, Inc in the amount of 500.00 and 26.66 for shipping. I received an online receipt moments later in my email box right after my payment was complete. I noticed that with in a short period of time I did not get updates on my order process. I emailed on October the 20st which made it 2 days before I waited an actual week to get information. I get a reply the next day apologizing for the delay of my order and that they were backed up in orders and once my order was processed they would email me regarding tracking number. I anticipated the email that I was promised. 2 days later (23rd) I received another email letting me know my order had been shipped and his supervisor had placed a free game with my order for the inconvenience. Problem was no tracking number was included as promised fine I thought perhaps I will wait till they can find me the number and email it to me. 2 days after (25th) I inquired about my tracking number that I was promised in a earlier email dated back to the 21st of October. Another 2 days later (27th), I was informed they keep tracking numbers to confirm orders, but disregard them after they know an order has been processed so I would have to simply wait for me to receive my item. The 29th I emailed asking about an estimated date. Fifteen minutes later I get a reply finally included the tracking number that I had asked for earlier through out the ordeal with them. On the same day while I was waiting, I had no idea a FedEx Ground truck came by and it was signed for by one of my family members that was home. I was handed the package only to find the wrong model Playstation 3. It was a 40GB model that I did not order. I took the package out of the brown box turned it over to see the box was so badly destroyed that it had massive amount of tape to hold it together. I opened the box to see the console was wrapped in two uneven pieces of bubble wrap that was tapped together to form as one. The controller, instruction booklet, charge cable for the controller, power cable for the console as well as the A/V cable were all wrapped up in one piece of bubble wrap. I followed instructions about shipping back the wrong ordered item with in a week on the same day. I emailed them telling them I ordered a 60GB Playstation 3 and not a 40gb no reply. I emailed again asking for a brand new 60GB model again no reply. My final one asked for refund plus reimbursement for having to pay out of pocket to ship back to them. Only to get information of telephone numbers, address of another company I never heard of. I called and emailed being told to contact them (Pricecrab, Inc.) because they never took an order as well as money from me thus I can't get a refund form them. I tried to get in contact via Paypal since that was payment choice and still no reply at all. I'm out $551.29. The store's website no longer exists after I emailed them demanding a refund and my receipt is also gone. I made that I had it printed out.
