We found Timeshares Quick Sales on the internet and called them for more information regarding their sales practices. Michael made a great pitch as to how they handle the listings. No commissions or broker fees, they perform all the contract services and closing procedures, etc.
For $599 our timeshare would be listed on 21 Active websites and a plethora of domains and links. It will be advertised till sold most only take 6 months.
We listed with them in February. It's never been sold and not one inquiry on it!
After a year we contacted the company regarding the lack of movement and they suggested we lower the price. Ours was listed for less than we bought it for because we needed to get out of it.
We have never heard another word from them. We decided to pull our ad with them and sell it privately, but the website is gone, the emails get returned as undeliverable and the phone numbers no good.
I want my money back and this unscrupulous bunch of cons prosecuted.
