We used this company to help us collect a past due receivable from a shady client but then we were unable to collect the money from them. Everytime we called we would get the "blowoff" and our main contact was no longer willing to deal with us. We have been told the "check is in the mail" for the past 3 months. We're still waiting...
My advice - DO NOT use them for your collection needs.
