This company has not shown me one ounce of respect or treated me with a shred of dignity from day one. I called them to arrange a payment plan and they started out by telling me that they had a list of questions I had to answer so THEY could figure out exactly how much money I could afford to pay them. Of course I refused then they told me repeatedly that I am not able to pay my paper check which is a lie, everyone has that right.
They've told me that I NEED to supply my bank account information or they can't accept my money. When I've asked them if they are refusing to take my money I had one representative tell me "Oh we'll take your money alright, but you won't like the way we take it".
It took a total of 4 separate phone calls before I managed to get an address to send my money and my account number to reference on my checks, and I STILL get calls at my workplace and at home at least 3 times a week.
I understand that collection is a rough business but the harassment, intimidation and threats brought on by this company and their employees is just simply inexcusable.
Rest assured I will be documenting every harassing phone call and lodging a formal complaint with the FDC.
