They called and threatened me with a lawsuit and take what disability I get monthly. They are taking money from my checking account to collect what they say is debt

I had a debt with Capital One. Nelson, Watson called me to collect for Capital One.

After many, many calls and the language they used toward me, I finally gave in for them to take 3 payments out of my account. Then they were to contact me to set up another plan that would cut the debt in half.

I have never heard from them, except to take the money from my account now for almost a year. They take it from my account the end of the month and I get paid once a month with my disabilty. Thus this causes me an over draft every month plus what they take out.

I have come to my wits end. I can't keep doing this.
