I tried to ship a package to Mexico. It was picked up and taken to the UPS depot. It was missing customs forms and returned to me two days later. Now, UPS wants $384.00 for shipping the package, which was the cost of shipping it to Mexico. I agreed to pay the cost of shipping to the depot and back, but instead I have been turned to a collection agency.
It is a sad state when industry "leaders" work to intimidate and bully customers to pay for services not rendered. They want hundreds of dollars for a package they had for three days and shipped less than 10 miles.
