Package Tracking Rarely Gets Updated, Value Of Service Not Equal To Cost ripoff

I have purchased items from a trust worthy source, who used The USPS to ship the package.

When the package was first entered into the system, it was on Monday July 23rd in Grove City OH heading towards Baton Rouge LA. No updates as to the whereabouts of the package were made again until Friday July 27th, which the details state that it was recieved in Dallas TX!

From my location to the location where the package was shipped out is only a little over a 14 hour drive. Why the package went to Texas insted of to a closer depot - no one can answer. It is August 1st and still no package!

I tried the automated system, figuring that perhaps it would have more detailed information. WRONG!

I spent 12 bucks on ground shipping to wait almost two weeks! What the heck! And they wonder why everyone is slowly converting to electronic mail. DUH! Its their lousy service.
