Cynthia cook is the director of this company and the one who puts in the extensions most of the time, she is the biggest b*h in the world, if i have ever met one, what a liar, she is so full of it, she is an old has been that can barely hold on to life anymore and talks so much crap, you are supposed to relax and watch a video and all you could hear her the whole time is screaming at her employees in front of everyone and embarrasing them, 2 of them left thru the back and left her alone the day i was having my extensions done because of this and she deserved it.
Ive caught her vicious little lies, and how they quickly pick up the hair they remove from the floor, so they can send it to be retipped and reapply old hair and your thinking your getting brand new hair (wrong!!!)... You will catch her in lies all the time, she will tell you different prices all the time and tell you she giving you model prices, when she ripping you off., she will completely lie about how to take care of them and will tell you, that you cannot put hairdreams back on, once there in and thats a big fat lie, you can send them to retipp and put them back on at least twice., if shes selling you the right stuff, be very aware, she is just about making money to buy all those expensive handbags she owns that run from $6000.00 and above, thats what she talks about, and then oh god, the christ talk, about what a christian she is and how jesus is her man, while shes taking benzos that her husband brings her from the rehab place they own called summer house. She is a true nut.
Although, i do have to give it to her she does know how to put them on, she will try to sell you more than you need, so be strong, and stand up too her, and you take control of where and what you need, ask for the care card that she should be giving you and one more thing, before you leave shell, have a goody bag for you to take home that will back you up another 3 to $400.00, that she has not even asked you about.
