Fradulently billed for voice mail, i did not order

I received on my residental phone bill, the service is provided by Embarq, a fradulent charge for a voice mail service that I did not order. They told me to pay it and it would be credited back. I am not going to pay for a service that I did not order or would ever even want. They claimed it was ordered over the internet on Jan. 24. I looked thru my history and email for that date and no such entry is there. They are a bunch of crooks and liars. For those who have paid your money to them it will be interesting to see if you get it back.
