I purchased the bamboo towels based on the "Satisfaction Guaranteed" return policy. The towels were never opened and I decided to return them. When I called for the RA number, customer service notified me that personal items were not returnable. After inquiring where that was posted, I was told it was on the packing slip. I then asked how I would have know this before I got the package? The only answer I received from then on was, "it is our policy".
I decided to try the towels, and make the best of a bad situation. The towels were of inferior quality and did not live up the advertising. I posted a negative review on their web site and it has never been displayed. About two weeks later I posted another negative review and still it is not posted.
This is not a honest company!
